We had, as already described, our architects rather quick conversation, that we have some changes to the original draft made.
The architects call we have for the sense or nonsense of a soil report gefragt. Unser Eindruck war, dass die Fingerhaus-Architekten hier (wahrscheinlich aufgrund leidvoller Erfahrung) ganz gerne um den heißen Brei herumreden und sich vor der eindeutigen Aussage "Ja wir brauchen ein Bodengutachten" oder "Nein, Sie brauchen keins" rumdrücken....
Nun ja, das wir ja nunmal ein paar hunderttausend Euronen investieren wollen, muss man als vernünftig denkender Bauherr abwägen, ob einem im Falle von Setzrissen im Gebäude oder ähnlichem Ungemach ein Bodengutachten nicht eine Menge Ärger ersparen kann...
Wir haben uns also dazu entschlossen, ein Gutachten anfertigen zu lassen. Allerdings haben wir uns gegen die beiden Vorschläge von Fingerhaus entschieden und uns einen eigenen Evaluators to be selected. This was not cheaper than the fingers House proposals, however, the specifications given us the feeling that the whole is handled a little more individual.
