few months ago we had the idea to build new. Since we already had a house that has not actually so understood.
In May 2010, we have first to deal concretely with the subject building. We were in the model house exhibition in Bad Vilbel and have a look around there. We first found much good, but the whole thing was quite non-binding, since we had not sold our old house.
Once we were sure in August that our old house, "go away" it became a day to the very real! Now as soon as possible had to be a decision as to which house it should be for now .... We have read countless construction writings were once in Bad Vilbel, and also in the exhibition in Erlangen.

Ein Grundstück haben wir schnell gefunden, bereits im September hatten wir ein Planungsgespräch mit unserem Architekten. Das Gespräch dauert über sechs Stunden, obwohl im Prinzip nicht mehr viel vom ersten Entwurf abgewichen sind; allerdings sind die Details sehr wichtig.
Ein Tipp hatte unser Architekt uns bereits telefonisch mitgegeben: Normalerweise benötigt one for planning a map where the heights of the Terrain are included. You pay good for the surveyor and would like to € 600.00. In Hesse, the fingers may house architects take the ups itself .... measly € 600.00 saved, before it really went off ...
